We start every project, regardless of its size, with an initial consultation. This phase greatly helps both the client and our designer in evaluating the scope of services required. Depending on the project, we discuss materials, colors, light fixtures, furniture or window treatments. If the project involves construction work, such as putting new walls or tearing down existing ones, custom cabinetry, electrical work, flooring or painting, Minta prepares and submits bid specifications. After the initial consultation, we present plans, sketches and ideas. At the same time we suggest the most economical way of proceeding with the project. The final budget requirements are established by evaluation of bids and selection of vendors and contractors. During the project development, we coordinate all aspects of construction, purchasing of materials and installation.
